WOW- only 6 weeks away.

It’s always amazing how quickly the planning kicks into gear once the weather gets warm. In January and February there were only a few of us who were making plans, now it seems everyone is.

We have entertainment, the klompenhaur, the kid’s tent is returning, the Klompen Dansers, Stage dansers and Kinderklassers have begun practicing, the Dancers scholarship fund is selling stroopwaffle cookies as well as their painted shoes, a blogger from the Netherlands is joining us to learn about what happened to the Phoenix disaster (1847) survivors, parade, car show, art show and food vendors are making plans and we have scheduled FIREWORKS for Saturday night at 930pm.

We are also looking for all 21 of our Holland Festival Queens (1967-1986) and we are attempting to amass 75years of Klompen Dansers (no, not to dance but to be photographed and honored).
